Sign-on and Retention Bonus for new hires
The General will pay the following to all candidates selected for the Sales Agent position:
$100 in December
$200 after 90 days
$200 after 180 days
We are seeking Sales Agents that are primarily responsible for quoting and selling insurance policies for incoming telephone sales inquiries while providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers. Our Sales Agents are paid a base rate as well as a commission, so the more you sell, the more successful you will be! Other essential job responsibilities include:
Training - 1st week of employment - 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday
Schedule: Monday - Friday - 12:00pm - 9:00pm; Saturdays and Sundays (when scheduled) - 9:00am - 6:00pm (Note: Saturday's and Sunday's are a scheduled rotation - you will not be scheduled to work both.)
