Reporting to a Claims Supervisor, this position will be primarily responsible for investigating and settling vehicle accident claims over the phone and through written correspondence. This level of adjuster will handle claims that require intense coverage or liability investigations, including claims involving suspicious or unlawful activity. Investigations will include obtaining recorded statements from all parties involved including police officers and witnesses, data research and review as well as following investigative leads. Will be required to work closely and communicate with SIU field representatives to determine appropriate action plans to develop information needed to make informed claims decisions.
