    The Position

    We are seeking a Claims Process Analyst to support the claims department through claim system(s) coordination for the entire department and the identification, analysis and recommendations of different continuous improvement processes to drive the guiding principles of accuracy, efficiency, customer experience and work environment.


    Essential Job Responsibilities


    • Partner with functional areas in claims to create, document, store and measure best practices, business rules, roles, responsibilities, and standard operating procedures
    • Serves a liaison within the claims department on various process improvement initiatives between the business, IT, digital and other cross functional units
    • Completes analysis of business practices to identify, prioritize, scope and solution continuous improvement opportunities
    • Works with the business, serves to design, develop and test initiatives
    • Develops and executes effective communication plans for the department surrounding various initiatives
    • Designs and maintains internal Sharepoint website
    • Prepares and delivers business presentations as assigned
    • In coordination with management and IT, work to establish and maintain accurate critical system access for claim employees
    • Other duties as assigned


    Experience/Skills Requirements



    • Strong organization skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Demonstrated excellence in communication skills both verbal and written
    • Ability to perform in environment with multiple priorities and changing demands
    • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with internal and external business partners
    • Strong ability to analyze different issues and resolve problems
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
    • Proficient with Tableau


    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 3+ years claims handling experience
