Reporting to a Supervisor or Manager of Claims, the Administrative Assistant – Claims will be primarily responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties including, but not limited to sorting, opening, distributing, scanning and indexing claims mail, compiling various claims related data and preparing a wide array of related reports to members of management, communicating frequently with vendors and adjusters and administering various claims related processes or databases.
