    Sales Supervisors oversee and coordinate all activities of Sales Agents, challenging them to reach their full potential and ensure prompt, courteous service to our customers. Supervisors also manage the daily operations to deliver on departmental service level agreements and metrics as well as reach all compliance underwriting guidelines. 


    • Coaching, monitoring and mentoring a team of Sales Agents in a call center environment.
    • Perform regular call audits and evaluate agent performance to ensure conformity to department procedures and company compliance guidelines.
    • Assist management in leading, directing, motivating the sales team in achieving the overall sales objectives.
    • Work with Sales Leadership directly on problem solving, process improvements, team meetings and training.
    • Oversee inbound telephonic sales processes.
    • Handle escalations from customers when the complexity or severity of the issue is beyond the scope of the agent and implement solutions.
    • Assist with hiring and training of new Sales Agents to ensure proper departmental staffing needs.
    • Review key performance indicators to share with team members and improve metrics.
    • Track attendance for each Sales Agent to ensure proper workflow.
    • Handle disciplinary situations appropriately and timely to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Create and maintain a positive, respectful work environment for all staff members to increase employee retention.



    • 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry preferred.
    • 2 years of supervisory experience in a call center atmosphere.
    • Property and Casualty License preferred.
    • Proficient with web based applications along with excellent navigation skills required.
    • Experience working with Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications a must.
    • Requires the ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division), along with averages and percentages.
